I recently completed Levels 1-3 at City Age Care Training Center and had an excellent experience. The course was well-structured, practical, and informative—especially the disease conditions and communication skills sections. The instructors were knowledgeable, patient, and supportive, making learning engaging. I particularly benefited from the hands-on practice and group discussions. The center itself is well-equipped, with great facilities. Adding outdoor activities like health camps or aged care visits could further enhance the program.
