Course fees must be paid as communicated at the time of enrollment.

All payments are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy of the institution.

Institution reserves the right to accept or reject any application without obligation.

Submission of false or misleading information may result in cancellation of admission.

Course Changes and Certification

Issuance of certificates is subject to rules of affiliating and accrediting bodies.

Certificates are awarded after successful completion of course and assessment.

Course content, schedules and delivery methods may be revised to maintain academic standards.

The institution reserves the right to postpone, cancel or reschedule courses when necessary.

Trainee Code of Conduct

Respect trainers, staff, fellow students and visitors.

Follow institutional rules, policies and instructions.

Maintain punctuality and regular attendance.

Use institutional property, equipment and facilities responsibly.

Dress appropriately and behave professionally during classes and practical sessions.

Trainee Prohibited Conduct

Verbal or physical misconduct.

Damage or misuse of institutional property.

Use of alcohol, drugs or any illegal substances on institutional premises.

Disruptive behavior during classes, training sessions or practical activities.

Harassment, bullying, discrimination or intimidation of any student, staff member or visitor.

Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data shall be collected, processed, stored and protected in accordance with the prevailing laws of Nepal, including the Privacy Act, 2018 (2075) and shall not be sold, traded or disclosed to any third party except with the data subject’s consent or where required by applicable law or competent authority.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, logos and branding on this website are the intellectual property of City Aged Care Training and Research Center Pvt. Ltd. Use of materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

The institution is not responsible for injury or damage incurred during training or use of the website and services, except as required under Nepalese law. While we are confident that our programs are impactful and recognized globally, we do not guarantee visa approval, immigration outcomes or job placement, as these depend solely on the individual applicant and the relevant authorities or employers.

By enrolling in any training program and making payment of fees, the trainee confirms that they have read and understood all terms stated in these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with all institutional rules, obligations and disciplinary measures including the Refund and cancellation policy and Privacy policy.
